This warranty only covers the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred to any other person. The product must have been assembled and maintained per the product instructions. Allow 7 days for processing and shipping of defective/missing parts. A full refund will only be provided if our technical team confirms the product to be malfunctioned. Refund will be processed once the defective product is received at our warehouse.NOT COVERED
The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear and does not apply to any bikes that have been altered or modified or have been damaged via misuse, mishandling, lack of care, abuse, mishandling or improper storage, assembly, or maintenance.
